4. If there is no response from the user, ReKall releases the information according to the predetermined information release time.
In the event of an emergency
1. Request the user’s life information on the website or in the app.
2. In order to protect the user’s information, the user will be notified of your attempt to access their information.
3. If there is not a real emergency, the user can block the request for information by responding DECLINED.
5. Once the user regains the ability manage his/her own life they can then revoke the life managers access. Then their life information is once again private and secure.
